Low Production Cardboard Balers

Low Production Volume Cardboard Balers that feature compact designs and range in production capacity from approximately 1 to 3 bales per hour and with cycle times varying from approximately 14-47 cycles per second with bales weighing up to 2,000 pounds each.

Low-to-Medium Production Volume Balers have increased production capacity up to 15 tons per hour with increased speed cycle times of 7-30 cycles per second. Bales can weigh anywhere from 1,450 to 2,300 pounds.

Medium Production Balers

Medium-to-high production balers are ideal for higher volumes and for varying materials. Capacity increases with this class of balers with up to 20 tons per hour and cycle times ranging from 8-27 cycles per second.

High Production Balers

High production balers are for those customers with the highest volume requirements. Bales can weigh up to 3,000 pounds each. These high-production balers have the capacity to handle 40-60 tons per hour making these balers the most durable balers in the industry.
