Cardboard Balers: Low Production Volume

Low production balers offer compact designs and range in production capacity from approximately 1 to 3 bales per hour with cycle times varying from approximately 14-47 cycles per second. Bales produced by these lower volume balers can weigh up to 2,000 pounds each. Some examples of Low production balers may include:

    • - Vertical balers

      - Closed door balers (shear and non shear)

    Low-to-Medium Production Volume Balers

    Low-to-medium production balers boast increased production capacity up to 15 tons per hour and increased speed with cycle times of 7-30 cycles per second. Cardboard balers can be found in this range as well as higher production balers. Bales produced by this category of balers can weigh approximately 1,450 - 2,300 pounds.

    Medium-to-High Production Volume Balers

    Medium-to-high production balers are suited for customers that are looking for higher volume production for varying materials with increased capacity up to about 20 tons per hour and cycle times ranging from 8-27 cycles per second. Some examples of medium-to-high production balers may include:

      • - Wide mouth balers

    Cardboard Balers: High Production Volume

    High production balers are best suited for customers that have maximum volume requirements. Bale output can weigh up to 3,000 pounds with production capacity from 40-60 tons per hour. These balers are the fastest and most durable in the industry.
