AIR SYSTEMS DESIGN IMPROVES THE EFFICIENCY OF CORRUGATED SYSTEMS FOR BOX PLANTS

AIR SYSTEMS DESIGN IMPROVING CORRUGATED SYSTEMS

Recently, we took an old cyclone out of a box plant and replaced it over a weekend with a larger, new, quieter one, greatly improving the corrugated system. This is the fourth time we have designed a more efficient corrugator plant solution in this year, and schedule one more to install.

We replaced the old cyclone that was too small, too loud, and inefficient in that paper came out the top of the cyclone and distributed all over the roof which created hazardous conditions as the waste collected in the gutters and caused roof issues. The cyclone we chose for replacement is much larger and insulated and now running much quieter and free from paper coming out the top.
