TO COMPLEMENT OUR COMPLETE LINE OF WASTE HANDLING COMPONENTS AND PNEUMATIC CONVEYING SYSTEMS, AIR SYSTEMS DESIGN ALSO OFFERS A FULL RANGE OF ELECTRICAL DESIGN AND INTEGRATION SERVICES
These services include control system design, generation of electrical schematics, panel fabrication, and PLC/OI programming. We offer standard electrical packages with most of our waste handling systems and can further customize these systems to meet specific customer requirements. Our standard control systems are all PLC-based and most are provided with a graphical operator interface. All control systems are also provided with on-site startup and commissioning services to ensure that the system is operating per design and meets all customer expectations.
WE HAVE STANDARDIZED ON THE ALLEN-BRADLEY FAMILY OF CONTROL HARDWARE.
Depending on the size of the system, we normally provide a PLC from either the MicroLogix, CompactLogix, FlexLogix, or ControlLogix family. Our operator interface systems are also sized to match the overall size of the waste system and are normally provided from the Allen-Bradley PanelView or PanelView Plus product series. We also provide Allen-Bradley motor control components including 2100 series motor control centers and the 513 series combination motor starters.
In addition to our standard product design offerings, ASDI will also customize the provided control system to meet all customer requirements. This customization includes meeting customer provided specifications as well as customer specific control hardware requirements.
